BOS CORP CC: Pessimistic

Aaaand here's Counter Clockwise, with what is supposed to be a tiny Hour in the background.

He's the villain from Eve Maximum and the Knights of Time. This and the picture of Hour form a pair, and hint (if you can call a brick to the head a hint) at what happened in the past between Hour and CC. Go on, guess, it's not like I'm subtle.

Also I mostly just wanted to draw his hair in non-plastic form, and got kind of lazy with the rest of his body. It kind of shows. Oh well!
